The Martínez Roque v. USA project has been completed, consisting of a total of 24 essays. However, due to an ongoing legal conflict involving one of the parties referenced in this matter, I have been instructed by the County Court not to publish or distribute any additional material related to the case while the legal conflict remains ongoing.

My essays did not cause or contribute to the legal proceedings currently taking place. Nevertheless, because the essays explicitly identify one of the parties involved, I must respect the court’s instruction and refrain from sharing additional material at this time.

The research, essays, and supporting exhibits I have prepared will be preserved and, where appropriate and legally permissible, may be presented as evidence in my defense. In fact, the extensive research I have conducted may ultimately be beneficial to my case, particularly because much of this material has not yet been disclosed or made public.

The essays that were previously published will remain available because they were posted before I received the court’s instruction. I do not currently know when I will be permitted to publish the remaining material, but I want to make one thing clear: this fight is far from over.

I deserve justice the same way I deserved to be paid for my labor, to eat when I was forced to starve, to be heard when I continue to be censored.

I am deeply grateful to my family, friends, former professors, acquaintances, federal government agencies, and the Congress of the United States for their invaluable support throughout this process.

For now, I must remain patient and respect the legal process. The work has been completed. The research has been preserved. And when I am legally permitted to share it, I intend to make the full body of work available.
